2. Hosting and content delivery

This website is hosted and delivered by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, using a global content delivery network. Technically necessary connection data is transmitted to Vercel servers when the website is requested.

Because Vercel is a US company, personal data may be transferred to the United States. Vercel describes its transfer safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, in its privacy policy.

3. Server logs

The hosting provider may automatically process technically necessary request data, including:

• browser type and version;
• operating system;
• referring URL;
• host name of the requesting device;
• date and time of the server request; and
• IP address, ordinarily anonymized or truncated where the provider supports it.

4. Audience analytics

This website uses a self-hosted, cookieless analytics script compatible with Plausible, delivered through analytics.polymarkt.de.

• No long-term IP retention: according to the provider, IP addresses are not stored on a lasting basis.

5. Hosted property media

The property walkthrough is self-hosted in the project's Vercel Blob storage and delivered through the hosting CDN. On the Portuguese presentation, the player uses preload="metadata", so the browser may request technical video metadata before the visitor starts playback. The hosting and server-log processing described above applies to that request.

The Portuguese property presentation also offers an optional YouTube facade. Its preview image is requested from i.ytimg.com; no YouTube iframe is created before the visitor activates the button. Activation loads www.youtube-nocookie.com and transmits connection data to Google/YouTube under its own privacy terms.

6. Contact

The following channels connect visitors with Juan Mazzola, the commercial property adviser for Casas Açores. He is not the website operator or data controller, and these channels are not the route for exercising GDPR rights.

WhatsApp / Meta

If you use a WhatsApp link, your message and contact data, such as your phone number and possibly profile name, are sent directly to Juan Mazzola through WhatsApp and transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited under the WhatsApp privacy policy. The stated legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries.

Email

If you choose the commercial email link, your email address, subject and message are sent directly to Juan Mazzola, rather than submitted to the website operator through this site. The stated legal bases for handling the enquiry are Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The published commercial channel is juan@publicidade.com.ar.

Telephone

A call through the commercial telephone link goes directly to Juan Mazzola. The phone number and information necessary to handle the conversation are processed to answer the enquiry. The stated legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The published commercial number is +55 48 99621-8323.

7. Cookies

This website does not set first-party marketing or tracking cookies. The analytics service described above is cookieless. When a visitor explicitly selects a language, the functional site_language cookie may be stored for up to one year solely to remember that choice; it is not used for marketing or profiling.
